Azzuro Caves is a beautiful dive site located about 25 minutes by boat. It got its name from the crystal-clear azure blue color of the water. It is ideal for divers of all levels, as the rocky bottom provides a perfect habitat for marine life. In the crevices of the rocks, you can often find moray eels, octopuses, and lobsters.

The dive is relatively easy but very interesting. We start at a depth of around 5 meters and dive parallel to the rocks to a depth of 18 meters. After that, we turn around and swim back, gradually reducing the depth. At the end of the dive, small caves in the rocks await us, which are perfect for photography and offer unforgettable underwater moments.

In addition, this site is rich in marine life typical of the Adriatic Sea – you can frequently encounter bream, dorado, groupers, scorpion fish, and many others. We recommend combining this site with the Oreste Shipwreck, as both locations are in the same part of the bay, and the depth at Azzuro makes it a perfect follow-up dive after the deeper wreck dive, usually over 30 meters.
