{"id":4270,"date":"2025-02-19T14:54:02","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T13:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/budvadiving.com\/the-oreste-shipwreck\/"},"modified":"2025-03-24T15:14:03","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T14:14:03","slug":"oreste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/budvadiving.com\/de\/oreste\/","title":{"rendered":"Oreste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das <strong>Oreste<\/strong>-Wrack ist einer der beliebtesten Tauchpl\u00e4tze und erh\u00e4lt w\u00e4hrend der Saison die meisten Anfragen! \ud83d\ude04 Wir lieben diesen Tauchgang ebenfalls, aber bitte beachte, dass dieser Tauchplatz ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr Advanced Open Water Diver oder h\u00f6her qualifizierte Taucher mit mindestens 15 Tauchg\u00e4ngen zug\u00e4nglich ist. Aufgrund der anspruchsvollen Natur dieses Tauchgangs und der Lage des Wracks ist ein Abstieg entlang eines Seils ins Blaue bis auf 30 Meter erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich verlangen wir von allen G\u00e4sten, selbst Dive Mastern, dass sie zuerst einen Tauchtag mit uns an einem anderen Tauchplatz absolvieren. Dies stellt sicher, dass sowohl wir als auch du mit deinem Luftverbrauch, deiner Tarierung, dem Druckausgleich und deiner Ausr\u00fcstung vertraut sind. Unter Wasser hat Ego keinen Platz, also nimm die gut gemeinten Ratschl\u00e4ge unserer Instruktoren an \u2013 sie dienen deiner eigenen Sicherheit und der Sicherheit aller anderen.<\/p>\n<p>Nun zum Oreste-Wrack:<\/p>\n<p>Das Wrack, das lange namenlos war, war den lokalen Fischern und sp\u00e4ter auch Tauchern bekannt. Es gab wenig Informationen zur Identit\u00e4t des Wracks, bis es erstmals in dem Buch \u201eLost Commercial Ships \u2013 Italian Navy in World War II\u201c erw\u00e4hnt wurde, das Einblicke in seine Geschichte lieferte.<\/p>\n<p>Das Schiff wurde urspr\u00fcnglich 1896 unter dem Namen Morby in der Ropner &amp; Sin-Werft gebaut. 1926 wurde es von seinem neuen Besitzer, Mateo Scuderia aus Catania, in Oreste umbenannt. W\u00e4hrend des Zweiten Weltkriegs war es in Privatbesitz. Am 27. M\u00e4rz 1942 lief die Oreste auf eine Unterwassermine und sank innerhalb von zwei Stunden. Das Schiff war auf dem Weg von Split (Kroatien) nach Bar (Montenegro). \u00dcber die Opfer des Ungl\u00fccks gibt es nur wenige Informationen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wrack liegt relativ aufrecht auf einem sandigen Grund in 32 Metern Tiefe. Es wurde erstmals 1955 von der jugoslawischen Bergungsfirma \u201eBrodospas\u201c untersucht.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Explosion wurde das Schiff in zwei Teile gespalten, die etwa 20 Meter voneinander entfernt liegen. Der Rumpf ist gut erhalten. Am Heck sind die Schacht-Tunnel noch sichtbar. Fast intakte dampfbetriebene Ladewinden sind \u00fcber das Deck verteilt. \u00dcberreste der Dampfmaschine ragen aus dem Schiffsrumpf heraus. Auf verstreuten Teilen der Kommando-Br\u00fccke sind die Steuermechanismen, die f\u00fcr Schiffe dieser Epoche typisch waren, gut erkennbar. Die Komb\u00fcse ist besonders gut erhalten und zeichnet sich durch einen markanten Herd aus.<\/p>\n<p>Leider war das Wrack Opfer von Vandalismus, da Taucher Schiffsinstallationen und Teile der Struktur entfernt haben. Trotz allem bleibt die Oreste eines der meistbesuchten und beliebtesten Wracks in Montenegro.
